1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after you receive your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are pleased to offer complimentary shipping to our customers around the world.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Actual times may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as high order volumes, customs processing for international orders, or delays from the shipping carrier.
3. Where Do We Ship From?
To ensure we can provide the best value and an efficient shipping process to our customers worldwide, we dispatch all orders from our central fulfillment center. This allows us to maintain a streamlined inventory and get your products on their way to you quickly.
4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
If you haven’t received your order within the estimated delivery window for your region, please contact us at hello@primatekrevolution.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes for International Orders
Primatek Revolution is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, duties, etc.). We recommend you check with your local customs office for more information.
6. Damages & Issues
In the rare event that your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at hello@primatekrevolution.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will do our best to work towards a satisfactory solution. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
7. Lost or Stolen Packages
Primatek Revolution is not liable for any products lost or stolen after being marked as 'Delivered' by the shipping carrier. If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please check with your neighbors and contact the shipping carrier to file a claim. We are happy to provide any information needed to assist you with your claim.
