1. Standard Returns (14-Day Policy)
For customers who have changed their minds, we offer a 14-day standard return window.

Eligibility: To be eligible for a standard return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in its original sealed packaging. Any product that has been opened or used is not eligible for a return under this policy and is instead covered by our 100-Day Guarantee.

Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund for the full product price to your original payment method. Please note that original shipping costs are non-refundable, and the customer is responsible for return shipping fees.
2. The 100-Day "Reclaim Your Hair" Guarantee
We created this guarantee because we are accountable for the results our revolution promises. This guarantee applies to customers who have used the product as directed and are not satisfied with their results.

You must have used the product consistently for at least 90 days as directed (1-2 times per week) to give it a fair chance to work.

The claim must be initiated within 100 days of the date you received your product.

Refund Process: Once your claim is approved, we will issue a full refund for the product purchase price to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement. Original shipping fees are non-refundable. This guarantee is limited to one use per customer and household.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or incorrect, please contact us at hello@primatekrevolution.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and a photo of the issue. We will work with you to arrange for a replacement or refund as quickly as possible.
4. Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, the fastest way is to follow the standard return process for the original item (if eligible) and place a new order for the product you want.
